OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MARCH 30, 2014—Owner Weetona Stanley of Madill, Okla. capped a big weekend at Remington Park with another winner on Sunday. Her First Prize Shaunda won the Grade 3, Decketta Stakes on Saturday night and her 3-year-old De Galle broke his maiden on Thursday's card.

Then Sunday afternoon, her 4-year-old mare Pyc First Fancy Lee posted victory in the $31,100 allowance feature.

Trained by Clint Crawford and ridden by Ivan Carnero, Pyc First Fancy Lee rallied in the short 250-yard allowance to just get his head up over Marcar, stopping the clock in :13.356 seconds over the fast track. Little PYC was another neck behind for third.

Away at 7-1 odds, Pyc First Fancy Lee paid $17.20 to win, $9.40 to place and $6.60 to show. Marcar returned $14.80 to place and $11.60 to show. Little PYC paid $4 to show. Load Your Guns was the beaten 6-5 wagering favorite, running fourth.

Pyc First Fancy Lee is an Oklahoma-bred mare by Pyc Paint Your Wagon from the Mr Jess Perry mare First Prize Fancy. The Sunday win was his third from 11 lifetime starts and his second overall at Remington Park. He picked up $17,490 for the triumph to run his career earnings to $42,737.

The Remington Park American Quarter Horse & Mixed-breed Season now moves into April with racing Thursday thru Sunday, April 3-6. The first event is at 6pm, except for Sunday racing at 1:30pm.
