The horses with the 10-fastest times from the 14 trials return for finals on June 11. Bred by Fred Stanley, the son of champion sire Spit Curl Jess ran down Apollitical Ok by a nose while finishing 1 ½ lengths ahead of the field, in trial #8. JM Disco Rey posted the 6th fastest time of :19.836 seconds. Albert Franco conditions the gelding out of Disco Del Rey, by Disco Jerry TB. He is the last foal of the All American Futurity finalists and multiple stakes producer. Sergio Becerra, Jr had the riding assignment.
