Photo courtesy: Louisiana DownsBOSSIER, CITY, LA—FEBRUARY 5, 2008—Dinah Mitey recovered from a shaky start to win the fourth of 1 of 13 trials by ˝ lengths today and post the third fastest time to the $100,000-added Mardi Gras Futurity-RG2 at Louisiana Downs. The Heza Fast Dash filly races for M.C. Morris and is handled by M. Heath Taylor. Bred by Jo Baya Foreman the brown filly is out of Dash In The Wind by Mitey Easy Dash. Heza Fast Dash has been the #2 leading sire of his generation the last two years. With his third crop to race in 2008, has sired eight stakes horses with earnings of nearly $2 million and average earnings per starter of $27,326. His get include 2007 Champion Two-Year-Old Gelding nominee, Senor Seabolt who won seven of eight starts last season and earned $339,278. His wins included Lee Berwick Memorial Louisiana Bred Futurity(G1), Louisiana Downs Champions Juvenile(G3),and Evangeline Downs Futurity.
